About

Swiss roots.
International voice.

Independent and based in Geneva. Trading international voice since 2002, with wholesale SMS, bilateral swaps and a platform built in-house.

Timeline

Two decades of carrier relationships.

  1. 1970

The legal entity is first registered.

  2. 2002

    International voice trading begins.

  3. 2003

    First invoices to carriers.

  4. Since

More than 500 carriers invoiced, registered in 103 countries; 56 of them both buy from us and sell to us.

  5. Today

Voice termination, A2P and P2P messaging and bilateral swaps, on an in-house platform: NRSA, InstantRATE, InstantCARE, automated rate notifications, billing and accounting.

How we work

Direct. Precise. Independent.

Decision-makers, directly

A route is opened by someone who understands what it carries. Commercial and technical questions are discussed directly, with the route and its terms in view.

Precise about money

A Swiss company with Swiss banking and accounts kept to Swiss law. Credit terms agreed before traffic starts; settlement on the day it is due.

Our own platform

Routing, rating, invoicing and accounting built in-house — one set of figures from rate sheet to ledger.

The discipline to say no

We decline traffic we cannot terminate honestly. A route that lasts is worth more than one that is cheap this week.

Working with us

Clear terms from the start.

  1. 01

    Conversation

What you want to send, sell or swap, where, and roughly how much. We use that information to discuss routes and commercial terms.

  2. 02

    Identification

Company information, authorised signatories and the documents needed for the proposed interconnect.

  3. 03

    Agreement

Interconnect terms, rates, increments, currency, payment terms, credit limit and notice, in one document.

  4. 04

    Traffic

IPs or binds exchanged, test window opened, commercial traffic once the numbers hold.

Rates

Dated, per prefix

Rate sheets per destination and prefix with increment and effective date on every line. Notice periods and the handling of increases and decreases follow the interconnect agreement.

Credit

Prepaid, postpaid or swap

Agreed before traffic starts and followed on live traffic. Which arrangement applies depends on how well we know each other, and it can change.

Settlement

Reconciled, then invoiced

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly cycles; an agreed tolerance; disputes raised within the window with records attached; swaps settled net.
