What it does not show: live traffic, physical sites, owned fibre or guaranteed route availability. Rate sheets describe destinations separately. The map never names a counterparty.
Bilateral partners: counterparties appearing as both buyers and suppliers in the reviewed invoice history. This does not establish a current swap contract.
